Discover how Cutthroat Customs simplified operations and brought dealership-level organization to a small but growing powersports shop.
Founded in 2019 by Cauy Cuthbertson, Cutthroat Customs began as a passion project with a clear goal: to create a true one-stop shop for motorcycles and powersports enthusiasts. By 2020, that vision became reality.
Based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Cutthroat Customs offers a wide range of services, including diagnostics, routine maintenance, custom builds, painting, and fabrication. Despite operating with a small team, the shop is known for delivering high-quality work and personalized service.
As Cutthroat Customs continued to grow, managing daily operations became increasingly difficult.
Invoices, parts, and performance metrics were tracked across scattered processes, making the organization time-consuming and inefficient. Job progress and customer communication slowed as the team switched between tools and manual workflows.
The shop needed a professional, easy-to-use system that could centralize operations, without the high costs or complexity typically associated with dealership-level software.
